| The Scrubbing machine Goodwood & Co uses a specific scrubbing machine along with Flood cleaning agents to ensuring a deep scrub and fast drying process. The selected machine has a weight to bristle ratio of 10-1 means that a 30kg unit is actually exerting 300kg of pressure on the surface when scrubbing. This allows the cleaning products to penetrate deeper in the timber giving a significantly better and more professional result than using other scrubber systems or manual methods. The barrel style brush feature follows the contours and variable grin pattern on wood planking, lifting dirt and old residue applications without leaving circular brush marks usually encountered with a rotary brush action. The centrifugal force exerted on the brushes when in use means that solids find it difficult to cling to the base of the bristles. Equipment is made of cast alloy and then powder coated ensuring a tough robust unit that is easy to clean down after use. |

proven and durable Whilst there are a number of good timber finishes available, the Flood Company’s Spa-N-Deck stands out from the crowd with its durability, ease of maintenance and exceptional beauty. Employing the latest in acrylic technology, Spa-N-Deck lasts up to 5 times longer than conventional timber finishes and oils in particular. When the time eventually comes to re-coating, it is simply a matter of cleaning the surface and applying another two coats of Spa-N-Deck. Nothing could be easier as there is no sanding or stripping required. Flood Spa-N-Deck withstands punishing climates, from tropical heat and sun to harsh coastal environments to cold wet conditions. It is produced using a special blend of the finest acrylics, fungicides and the latest hi-tech ultra-violet filters which help prevent degradation of the surface of exterior timber. Flood Spa-N-Deck is a semi-transparent finish available in a choice of 6 colours.
